Police Launch Manhunt for Singer Alien Skin Over Death of Former Fangone Forest Dancer

The deceased has been identified as Namuwaya Wilfred  alias Top Dancer formerly linked to Fangone forest was assaulted and later died on Sunday  September 22, 2025 at Mulago hospital.

It’s alleged that Namuwaya  was picked up from his Ndeeba residence on 20 September 2025 by someone identified as Musomali, linked to Fangone forest and lead him to the home of Allien skin located in Kizungu zone Makindye division.

According to the report Namuwaya was assaulted on the order of Allien skin who instructed his team to discipline him for leaving the forest without permission.

Patrick Onyango Kampala metropolitan police spokesman says the group severely assaulted Namuwaya, who was later abandoned in Kifamba Zone and rushed to Mulago Hospital by good Samaritan for treatment where he was confirmed dead on 22 September 2025.

He identified the suspects on the murder case as Mulwana Patrick alias Alien skin, and others identified as Commander Mdogo, Ibra Kabadiya, and Mijagulo.
The Fangone Forest gang has reportedly been involved in assaulting former subscribers and others over the past two weeks, with many victims fearing to report due to potential harm.

Last year in November Alien skin together with some members of  his group  was arrested for assaulting two doctors and guards of Nsambya hospital blaming them for recklessly leaving their friend to death.
