A Sudanese citizen on Wednesday evening beat up a shop attendant who also doubles as a mobile money dealer Olivia Nakibirige alias “madam “over 5000ugs.
The fight began after the Sudanese man claimed that mobile money attendant sent his 5000 UGshs to a wrong number.
This incident happened on Wednesday, in Kasana town council Mabaale zone Luweero district.
According to Olivia, she first confirmed the name in which the Sudanese man’ number is registered in with him before depositing the money but to her surprise, hours later he came back claiming that the money was sent to a wrong person before starting up a fight.
The man also tried to force his way into the shop to pick “his” money but the situation was saved by the congregating of the residents after she made an alarm.
Fortunately, the Sudanese man survived being licked after taking off when the situation turned intense.
