Police have arrested a prime suspect in connection with the murder of veteran Afrigo Band musician Moses Matovu.
The suspect has been identified as Nsamba Vincent, 41, who was arrested following investigations into the circumstances surrounding the musician’s death.
According to police, Nsamba was apprehended in Ochange Ward, Yesu Amala, Nansana Division, Wakiso District.
Police spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan Police, SP Racheal Kawala, confirmed the arrest, saying investigations into the incident are ongoing.
Police are working to establish the circumstances surrounding Matovu’s death and identify all individuals who may have been involved.
