Ugandans have been called to turn to God if they want peace, development, harmony and equity in the country.
The call was made by the religious leaders of Full Knowledge of God International Ministries at the launch of the Campaign for Revival and restoration of everything at Muteesa II stadium, Wankulukuku, Kampala attended by thousands people across the country.

Pastor Samuel Newman attributed whatever going wrong in the country to Ugandans for not turning to God
“Ugandans if you want peace, if you want segregation out, if you want all the mess in the country to end, it will only take you not government because God gives leadership basing on the state of the people in the nation. When Israel rebelled against God, He gave them a king according to the hardness of their hearts in addition to squeezing them and taking all their possessions.” Said Pastor Newman
Pastor Newman said that blaming the government will not change anything but what will change things is for Ugandans to realize that Uganda is a nation that made a covenant with God and reform and this must be done by the Church. Adding that its then God will redirect the course of Uganda hence the political, education, health, Church, Social, security, sports, games and music will change as desired by Ugandans.

In the same way, Pastor Newman supported the decision by the Anglican Church to ditch the disgraced authority of Canterbury which has come under intense scrutiny over its support of same-sex marriages.
Pastor Newman said the decision by Anglican Church is full proof that Uganda is a remnant nation as it was written in the Romans 9:28-29.
Sodom and Gomorrah were two legendary biblical cities destroyed by God for their wickedness.

“We should all acknowledge God’s creation of humankind as male and female and the unchangeable standard of Christian marriage between one man and one woman as the proper place for sexual intimacy and the basis of the family,” Pr. Newman said
Commenting of the abductions and jailing of President Museveni political opponents, Pr. Newman said the only way to stop this is for the nation to stand in unison and also turn to God and accept the campaign of revival and restoration of all things
