NUP presidential candidate Bobi wine announces parallel nation address

National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has announced parallel nation address away from that of president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

According to his post on his officially social media platforms, The nation address will be aired live on social media platforms at 7:45pm with a focus on the state of his campaign and national matters.

“Tonight at 7:45pm, I will be addressing the nation about the state of our campaign, and other matters of national importance. The address will be relayed on our social media channels.” bobi wine tweet. 

The communication comes hours after president museveni announcement of commencing his weekly national addresses today at 7pm.
According to the presidential senior press secretary Don Wanyama the weekly addresses will be broadcasted on all mainstream television channels and radio channels until the end of his campaigns.
