The executive director of the Private Sector foundation (PSFU) Gideon Badagawa has succumbed to Covid 19.
The board of director chairman Elly Karuhanga has announced today morning.
He also revealed that the wife to the late
Mrs. Susan Birungi Badagawa is also in critical condition and just last week she lost her father to Covid 19.
“The Board, Management and Staff of the Private Sector Foundation of Uganda (PSFU), with deep sorrow regret to announce the untimely death of their Executive Director, Mr. Gideon Badagawa, who passed away this morning Monday June 21st, 2021, in Mulago Hospital.
As you may know, his wife, Mrs. Susan Birungi Badagawa has also been battling for her life alongside her husband in hospital and only last week lost her father to Covid 19.
The family has kindly requested that we and the general public keep the two deaths confidential in order for their mother to pull through without any shocks until further notice.
We pray for the family and the private sector during this hard time.
