The Bible has a very interesting story about a young man Joseph who was sold by his brother as a slave.
To make the long story short, the man eventually became a very important person in the Foreign land because of his gifts and wisdom.
Time came when his brothers who sold him found out that he was in charge of the national food basket in the Foreign land and he saved them from hunger which had struck in the middle east of those times.
Hon.Mao may have done the unthinkable but I know God works in mysterious ways.
If indeed the trending collaboration agreement is true then am exploring a situation that all DP members are legally sold to NRM until when court suggests otherwise.
In that angle, it implies Hon Luttamaguzi of Nakaseke south might become a junior Minister anytime from now according to the agreement.
As a strategic thinker, I wish to advise Hon.Luttamaguxi not to refuse this appointment under the dire circumstances the people of Greater Luwero are going through.
He might be the Joseph of our time.
Luttamaguzi may under that appointment save the people of this region from the scarcity of resources we are going through.
I have grown to learn, like what Napoleon hill said in his all time classic THINK AND GROW RICH, “every problem carries with it a seed of a greater gain”.
Let the DP members explore what are the opportunities behind the crisis they’re facing .
It maybe an opportunity in disguise.
Imagine Luttamaguzi or Nambooze can strike deals of becoming Minister for Luwero and another a Governor bank of Uganda.
Can Luwero and Uganda be the same again?
Looking at it from another dimension.
How about Museveni has reached King Solomon’s conclusion that it’s all wind.
He has seen that there’s no reason to create more enemies and decided to build bridges?
Would you throw away an opportunity from a reformed man who has come to realise all is useless and has decided to share with Ugandans amicably?
Who knows whether Museveni has repented his earlier sins because even in his address he talked more about God than himself.
We may ridicule Hon Mao, without realising that The President has come to terms and wants to harmonize the country and belligerent groups.
In Politics everything is possible and it’s better to have room for benefit of doubt and have an informed opinion.
In 40 years at the helm of everything in this country, someone can come to terms with reality and know its all useless .
Let the DP members not become like this old dog down home, someone threw a piece of meat at it and because it thought it’s a stone, it just run away not knowing what it has been looking for in the yard had come easily to it from a kind person.
You’ve been looking for power and power now seems to be looking for you and you’re running away!
Water can trickle in drops from a tap but eventually it flows.
Maybe it’s too good to be true.
