Police exposes Tabula, the prime suspect of Eng. Bbosa murder, puts ugx 10m bounty

The Directorate of CID of the Uganda Police has appealed to whoever has information which may lead to the arrest and prosecution of Lujja Bbosa Tabula, aged 38, for his alleged role in the violent murder by shooting of Eng. Daniel Bbosa; a former “NDIGA”Clan Leader to pass in confidence to the nearest police station or ring telephone contact number of CID Headquarters on 0741-111-333.

“A substantial cash reward of Ugx 10m awaits any member of the public who avails us credible information that can lead to his arrest. The wanted suspect is a resident of Kabango village, Kakoola parish, Mutubagumu sub-county, in Mpigi district.

We would like to warn, anybody who will be found harboring the wanted suspect by concealing his arrest, with the intention of preventing his discovery or arrest, that they will be arrested and charged with harboring a criminal.” Said police spokesperson SCP Fred Enanga

The suspect had conflicts with the deceased with claims of being the genuine Ndiga clan.

It should recalled that the assailants, riding on a motorcycle, opened fire at Bbosa’s motor vehicle, bearing registration number UAH 637X, resulting in his immediate demise.

During the heinous act, a vigilant local resident bravely intervened, knocking down the assailants’ motorcycle and alerting the community. Swiftly, members of the community mobilised, leading to a confrontation with the assailants. Mob justice ensued, resulting in the death of one assailant at the scene, while the other remains in critical condition.
