Immigration officer Kasumba under investigation on allegations of engaging in homosexuality

By our reporter

Ministry of Internal Affairs’ immigration officer is under investigation for engaging in the forbidden acts of homosexuality.

According to our reliable sources within the ministry of internal affairs that preferred anonymity, they revealed to this website that the immigration officer under investigation is a one Richard Kasumba who it is claimed that he has been engaging in the acts of homosexuality for quite long which acts are against the laws of Uganda.

The current penal code act prohibits any form of sexual relations between persons of the same sex. Section 145 of the Penal Code Act cap 120, outlaws any unnatural offences which are described as any sexual acts against the order of nature. The sentence once convicted gives a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

This website has also learnt that Richard Kasumba has been transferred to the immigration offices in Ngomoromo as his issues are being investigated by the office of the human resource in conjunction with officers from the Internal Security Organization (ISO).

The source claims that Kasumba has been luring his male workmates into the acts of homosexuality which resulted into the sober minded colleagues reporting him to the relevant offices thus his summoning and establishment of an investigation committee into the matter.
