The Kyabazinga of Busoga His Majesty William Wilberforce Gabula Nadiope IV and the state minister for environment, in the ministry of water and environment Beatrice Atim Anywar have been awarded with honorary Doctorates of humanity from Zoe Life theological college, United States of America (USA) for their contribution and achievements towards the development of the country.
Kyabazinga said he will use the award to continue with the promotion of democracy, Unity and creation of an enabling environment for development of the economy to a middle income status both within and outside Busoga.
“I urge Ugandans to embrace and love each other if we are to realize development” he said.
Minister Beatrice Atim Anywar applauded Zoe Life theological college for awarding her with the Doctorate of humanity which she highlighted as an achievement before urging Ugandans to always be thankful to God who determines each one’s future.
Several others who were also awarded with the doctorates in humanity include: Bufumbira East lawmaker in Kisoro district, James Nsaba Buturo, Nakawa East legislator Ronald Nsubuga Balimwezo, Gulu city woman Member Of Parliament Aol Betty Ocan, senior police officer attached to the criminal investigations directorate (CID) Kibuli Kampala, Johnson Monday, Balaam Barugahare Ateenyi, while Bishop Godfrey Luwagga was awarded with the doctorate in divinity among others.
Bishop Godfrey Luwagga is the vision bearer of the city of the lord outreach ministries and is the bishop of Kampala international fellowship.
He is a passionate minister of the gospel whose heart of ministry resonates with evangelical outreaches.
“Awarding me with the doctorate in divinity simply means that I am now a consultant to my fellow ministers of God in promotion of our culture, religion to build a strong faith to God’s followers” he said.
Rector, Zoe East and central Africa, Rev. Dr. Can. Patrick Semambo said a group of 50 delegates sit together and identify various people who have contributed towards social, political, religious and economic development of their countries who they then award.
Zoe life theological college is an accredited theological education arm of Zoe life Church international fellowship ministry Inc Philadelphia, Pa .19139 USA. The school was founded some years ago by a humble and anointed servant of God, Archbishop Dr. Ambrose Joseph Milner. The school has trained many tested servants of God in America, Africa and other continents of the world. It is a school with vision and purpose.
