One person identified as Okulu Deo, a boda boda cyclist has been shot at city oil petrol station, Martin road, old Kampala.
Okulu has been shot at by the city oil security guard attached to SGA Security Company on Tuesday morning after an argument with the taxi conductor.
Eye witnesses narrate that the security officer was angered by a taxi conductor who punched him on the head after stopping him and his driver from parking at the petrol station. However, in the process of coaching his gun and shooting, the taxi had left thus shooting at the boda boda cyclist who had innocently parked at the same position in the right lower shoulder.
The injured person has been taken to Mulago hospital while the security guard has been arrested and he is being detained at Old Kampala police station.
