Uganda People’s Congress UPC President Hon. Jimmy Akena has vowed that those planning to rig UPC candidate votes Dr. Eunice Otuko Apio will not succeed.
“I will follow you Bumper to bumper if you attempt to rig the UPC votes,” UPC President Hon. Jimmy Akena warned again during the final campaigns for the Party flag bearer Dr. Apio Otuko Eunice
UPC boosted momentum ahead of the polling day for Oyam North by-election which is slated for this Thursday.
UPC earlier said in preparation for 6th, July, 2023, Election Day for the Oyam North by-election, the Party identified and trained agents and observers, on all possible tactic that could be employed to rig votes and also how to protect votes for their candidate Dr. Eunice Otuko Apio
They encouraged voters to turn out in big numbers and vote for UPC candidate Dr. Eunice Otuko Apio. Assuring them that their votes will be protected and counted. Adding that once the UPC candidate emerges winner then they will have secured an effective representation in Parliament
