Pastor Jackson Ssenyonga the head of Christian Life church Bwaise has for several years self-claimed to unearth the dirt linen of his fellow false pastors in the Pentecostal church as a measure to cover up his unequaled and long track record of not paying his employees at Top radio and Top Tv.
The Bible in the book of Mathew 7:15-17 warns Christians about the false prophets “15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.”
Indeed it’s crystal clear that Pastor Ssenyonga falls in the category of false pastors/ Prophets since he bears among others the evil fruits of being a renowned, consistent and proud defaulter, liar and heartless person since he has no empathy for his employees who he defraud and subject to unbearable working conditions, unconcerned about their plight and that of their families but rather satisfying himself and his family with all the profits from their sweats.
Ssenyonga’s defaulting and defrauding record dates way back from the early 2000s evidenced by the several former employees at Top media being on record speaking about his uncouth conduct which is anti-Christian and against God to a man who claims to be holy and clean in the face of the public.
Some of the cases in point to exhibit that indeed Ssenyonga’s character clearly shows that he is a renowned defaulter, liar and conman include among others the several times he has been dragged to Industrial court over unpaid wages, with the latest one being that of journalist Rick Ashaba in June 2022.
In September, 2022, drama ensued at Top media when employees decided to lock the office and shut down on air programing over nonpayment. The shutdown went on until they were paid at least two months out of the eight or more months they were demanding. Before the incident the heartless pastor instead opted to organize a lavish wedding function for his son, Joshua Senyonga in which he injected over hundreds and hundreds of millions.
In January 2023, Pastor Jackson Ssenyonga’s Iganga based radio station 91.1Rfm under Top media consortium staff declared a sit down strike emanating from 10 months’ of salary arrears.
The cries of nonpayment have been consistent for several years with different people but same compliant over time.
The complaints don’t only stop at his media employee but to also extend to other service providers. For instance in 2018, Pastor Jackson Ssenyonga once again failed to reach a consensus with Businessman Nathan Bisaso regarding a case in which he was accused of failure to pay Shs5.2 billion.
In their agreement dated 8th September 2016 which showed the mode of payment in which the two parties had agreed on. Bisaso claims that the defendants (Pastor Jackson Ssenyonga and Eva Ssenyonga) took stationery goods majorly NCR papers on credit since 2013 from his business at B.N. Enterprises along Nasser Road which gradually grew to Shs5.2 billion. The plaintiff further alleged that of the Shs 5.2b, only Shs 270million had been paid.
The bible in the various verses says “You shall not steal; you shall not deal falsely; you shall not lie to one another. You shall not swear by my name falsely, and so profane the name of your God” which Pastor Jackson Ssenyonga openly does and then claims to be the holy one fighting his fellow fake or false pastors.
