How suspected ADF collaborator was arrested

The territorial police in Greater Masaka and Kyotera district, have in custody a one Ssekayiba Ishag, on suspicious of being an ADF rebel collaborator.

According to the police spokesperson SCP Fred Enanga, the suspect was intercepted in a motor vehicle Noah, under South African, registration numbers B9243TP, by the Joint border security team that has all along taken monitoring his movements, from Uganda to South African (and the countries in between).

The suspect was found in possession of an assortment of electric wires and security lamps. Arrangements to hand him over to the counter-terrorism headquarters in Kampala were in place.

“Our Joint Counter – terror task teams continue to monitor all spaces to ensure no more ADF rebel hubs or domestic cells are created within the country.” Said Enanga
