This week, the National Resistance Movement (NRM) mobilization team strengthened its connection with communities across the Busoga sub-region, expressing appreciation for what it described as the area’s consistent support and encouraging continued participation in the Party’s political agenda.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, making Busoga his eighth regional stop in a nationwide series of engagements, used the visit to share a unified vision for Uganda’s future. Addressing local leaders and residents, he presented the NRM’s seven-point blueprint for national progress—a framework centered on Peace and Stability, Infrastructure Development, Wealth and Job Creation, improved Service Delivery, Market Access expansion, and strengthened Political Stability.

Throughout his tour, President Museveni highlighted what he viewed as Uganda’s key achievements under the NRM government, emphasizing how these pillars are intended to support long-term prosperity and inclusive development across the country.

As the Busoga engagements concluded, the mobilization message underscored a call to protect and advance what Party officials described as the gains made so far.
