Ugandans have been urged to be tolerant, trustworthy, patient and hard workers- Kaboyo

The senior presidential advisor also the head of the National Resistance Army archive Alice Kaboyo has urged Ugandans especially youths to be tolerant, trustworthy, patient, calm and hard workers as opposed to encouraging in time wasting activities and malicious propaganda against the country and the sitting government.

Kaboyo made the remarks while meeting a group of people that are said to having been used in violate acts especially by the opposition political actors under the code name Team Banyivu (the angry or disgruntled) at Najjanakumbi on Friday evening.

She expressed concern over the generation’s appetite for free things, engagement in time wasting activities like betting, unpatriotic tendencies like rioting and ill mind thinking like using social media to tarnish their own country and trying to burn down cities.

Kaboyo used the opportunity to urge the group to change the name from team Banyiivu (angry/ disgruntled) to team Bakakamu (Calm) and also to be change ambassadors to others by preaching peace, calm, trustworthy, hard work and tolerance to others.

She also pledged to support their legally income generating activities and help them overcome their urge for criminality.

Baguma Asharaf, the chairperson Team Banyivvu now turned team bakakamu said they engaged in criminality because they were hurting, disgruntled due to the miserable and harsh conditions they live in.

On behalf of others He committed to work with every one including government that is pro-development, positive transformation, harmony and tolerant irrespective of their political affiliations.
