Exclusive: Thaddeus Musoke elected acting Chairperson KACITA

The secretary general of Kampala City Traders Association (KACITA) Thaddeus Musoke Nagenda also known as Kenno was on Wednesday afternoon elected the acting chairperson KACITA in an extra ordinary Board and founder members meeting held at their offices.

Reliable sources in KACITA revealed that Musoke gathered 15 votes while Baguma Timothy who is the director finance in the same association got only two votes.

Sources also revealed that Musoke will officially replace the late Everest Kayondo duties next week and that’s when the official statement will be issued. He will hold the position until a general assemble is held.

Kayondo succumbed to Covid19 on 23rd, June, 2021 thus leaving the position of KACITA chairmanship vacant.

WHO IS THADEUS MUSOKE NAGENDA ALIAS KENNO

He is the current secretary general of KACITA, Also managing director of Mpoma Royal College, Mpoma junior primary school and Mpoma kindergarten all in Mukono district and little duckling necessary and primary school.

He is the managing director of Ketra giants electrical center at Kizito towers and a political show host on Captain Babu’s radio station Metro FM 90.8.

He also contested for the Member of Parliament for Mukono north constituency in 2021 general elections but lost to Hon. Abdullah Kiwanuka.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration
