Marylyn Vos Savant is dubbed to be the most intelligent person in the world with an IQ of 228.
In her book, THE POWER OF LOGICAL THINKING, she outlines how even the most educated can be semi literate in the art of reasoning.
I wonder how a parliament of 529 MPs and a cabinet of 80 ministers, President and innumerable corruption agencies and auditors can pass this ridiculous, shameful theft.
Dr. Musenero the Min.of science and technology has abused, adulterated the perspective and respect accorded to scientists in this cassava republic of Uganda beyond repair.
I wonder what Minister of economic monitoring is doing in Wakiso chasing chicken thieves yet those who steal the elephants, rhinos and buffaloes are still masquerading as Ministers.
This will soon be under the carpet because she’s under the immune table and registered as ‘my scientists’.
The next plot will be, pouring coloured water in vaccine bottles and telling the President that the vaccine is ready because the rats that cost 8 million each all survived.
To manage the accountability, she’s going to solicit defense from Muhoozi or Museveni and to get more billions and as a crude scientist, I trust she will code name her vaccine MUSEVENERO VACCINE.
This will soon have a few engraved bottles hit stores and she will say the factory is in Rwakitura and can’t be accessed without clearance from state house for security reasons and everyone will be quite.
Now that leaders in Uganda don’t care about anything, a monopoly of vaccine products will be signed soon by Matia Kasaija to advance MUSEVENERO vaccine a trillion shilling to produce a vaccine for all Africa.
This will justify, give credence as to why scientists have to be paid more than their arts counterparts when the man with hat addresses the nation.
It breaks my heart to see the people hustling to earn a living and pay taxes and someone takes 128billion single handedly and we continue respecting them.
I don’t have much but for the MP who came out at parliament and publically faced Monica Musenero you deserve a chicken from me.
What did the President mean that he’s going to deal with those fighting Dr.Musenero?
Was Musenero a conduit and money ended up in ‘ nanyini bbuto emabega’?
Now I hear operation Shujaa is ending, how much has been wasted swindled in fighting a war which was never there in the first place?
If Musenero can take this much how about the pretending army at war in a classified setting?
In A laboratory we test a representative sample the effect of , analyse, conclude and give a verified opinion about the results of the reaction depending on the reagents applied and that determines what we have on a larger scale.
I now doubt if there’s anything real in Uganda and warn Ugandans never take Dr.Museneros vaccine even if it is served free because, she doesn’t have what it takes to make one.
