Canadian singer Uplift to be hosted by Metro fm’s Omusawo Tintah

Metro Fm 90.8 celebrated radio presenter and media activists Omusawo Tintah alias Male Deogratius is set to host Jamaican and Canada renowned musician Uplift alias Chikondi Steve Austin  this Friday.

Uplift will feature in Omusawo Tintah’s renowned radio show dubbed Its A Friday which runs from 4pm to 7pm Powered By Royal Roots Studio

In this show Omusawo tintah plays top notch music and also hosts renowned international artists which has earned him a name and also made his show one of the most trending and loved shows in  Uganda.

Some the renowned Uplift songs include: Limbo and London Girl.

Uplift given name Steve Austin originally hails from the parish of St. Elizabeth.

In 2006 he participated in the Rising Stars competition while he was a member of the group, Charm Skwad, which finished in the top ten of the competition.

The following year he launched his recording career with the release of a single titled ‘Foolish Heart’ on the St. Bess Imprint.
