Police in Kawanda is investigating a case where a four year old girl was gruesomely murdered by unknown criminals at Kawanda in Wakiso district.
It is alleged that the victim identified as Crowley Ndagire a resident of Kilinya bigo zone in Wakiso district got lost mysteriously over the weekend.
According to Luke Owoyesigyire the mother established that her four year child had got lost when she was going to bath her.
Owoyesigyire further said that the mother reported the case the following day at Kawempe police of a missing person, but her body was recovered at Kawanda in unfinished structure.
According to preliminary investigation indicate that the minor was allegedly sexually defiled and later gruesomely murdered.
The body was picked by police to city mortuary Mulago after being identified by the mother.
