The National Entrepreneurs and Traders Association (NETA) Uganda is set to host a business expo in Wakiso District aimed at bringing together entrepreneurs, traders, investors and members of the community.
The Wakiso Business Expo is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 2026, at St Augustine Pitch in Kayunga, Wakiso, starting at 8:00am until late.

According to NETA Chairman Thadeus Musoke Nagenda, the expo will provide a platform for small business owners and traders to showcase their products and services, interact with potential customers and establish business connections.
The event will also offer opportunities for entrepreneurs to meet and connect with business leaders while exploring opportunities for business growth and development.
NETA Uganda said entrance to the expo will be free, while small business owners interested in securing exhibition stalls will pay a Shs65,000 stall fee.
The organisers have also lined up entertainment activities, including live music and performances, giveaways and lucky draws, games and competitions, as well as a children’s corner with activities for young people.

The expo will also feature business promotions, deals and discounts, with organisers announcing free drinks for the first 200 buyers.
The event is open to entrepreneurs, small business owners, traders and vendors, investors, students, youth and members of the general public.
NETA Uganda said the expo is intended to encourage networking, support local entrepreneurs and contribute to the growth of the local economy.
