According to the police spokesperson SCP Fred Enanga, the facts gathered that after the suspect learnt that his daughter had sneaked out of the house at night, he mobilised his accomplices who included Rubangakene, Mugisha, Odongo Daniel, Komakech Daniel and Nasur Bwambale, with whom they stormed the home of the suspect. They recovered their daughter and brutally tortured the 16year boyfriend to death. And thereafter hanged his body to fake a suicide then locked the house from outside with a padlock.

“The father suspect was arrested, as serious manhunt for his 5 co-suspects is ongoing. We also urge members of the public to avoid such acts of violence and lawlessness, but instead, work within the law.” Enanga said
