Ministry of Internal Affairs’ immigration officer Richard Kasumba is reportedly on wanted after being implicated in the acts of engaging in homosexuality.
According to our impeccable source, Kasumba was found guilty by the investigation committee set up by the human resource officer at the ministry of internal affairs to investigate the allegations of his engagement in the acts of homosexuality and recruitment of fellow staff into the act which is against the laws of Uganda.
The source told us that When the investigations started Richard Kasumba was transferred from the headquarters to the immigration offices in Ngomoromo and later to Mbale offices where has been until the investigation where completed. However, to their surprise Kasumba who the source said was found guilty is nowhere to be seen.
The source believes that Kasumba may have flee the country after finding out that investigations found him guilty after some of his victims confessed.
This website understands that the matter was handled by internal affairs ministry in conjunction with officers from Internal Security Organization and it has been handed over to police for further action.
It should be noted that in May this year, president Museveni signed into law the Anti-Homosexuality bill which has one of the world’s toughest anti LGBTQ laws, including the death penalty for aggravated homosexuality.
