Police have arrested Musasizi Hebert, a truck driver, in Gulu in connection with the alleged killing of an 18-year-old student from Hill Side Secondary School in Matuga.
According to preliminary police reports, the incident reportedly occurred after Musasizi found the student inside his home with his 14-year-old daughter. Authorities say the situation escalated, resulting in the fatal incident.
After the incident, Musasizi allegedly fled the area but was later tracked down and apprehended by security personnel in Gulu. He is currently being held in police custody as investigations continue.
Police have not yet released additional details but have assured the public that a thorough investigation is underway to establish the full circumstances surrounding the matter.
